Before you accept a change, understand what it affects.

The Change Impact Agent is being developed to connect the request to the baseline, surface missing estimates, compare supported options and prepare a decision brief. It will identify uncertainty rather than invent a cost or delivery date.

The planned Solo experience is self-service: answer the setup questions, receive a configured agent pack and use it in a supported AI environment. Editions and prerequisites will be confirmed after testing.

Can I buy or download the agent now?

XMO Agentic PMO is in development. This page gathers research and optional interest in updates. It does not offer a purchase or reserve a place in a paid pilot.

Which AI platforms are supported?

Supported editions will be confirmed after testing. We do not yet claim compatibility with a particular host or universal integration.

Is this organizational change management?

The first workflow concerns project scope, budget, schedule and commitments. Organizational adoption and change management is a separate possible future job.

Do I need to share confidential project data?

No. Please keep your example non-confidential. There is no file upload, and no credentials are requested.
